Hello everyone, hope you had a pleasant Thanksgiving holiday.

I’m operating way outside my comfort zone this week - I published a video on YouTube and it’s not any video, it’s what I guess you call a sales video.

Basically my new quick guide on how to stop thinking in circles is live and I’m offering it a reduced $19 “work in progress” price until midnight tonight. ($29 after)

Watch this if you were wondering how the heck I sound! No pressure.

What else is going on? I published a couple things:

Stupid Problems, Stupid Solutions

Stupid, cringeworthy problems may demand stupid, cringeworthy solutions. Don’t let pride or dismay prevent you from fixing things.

(This is also the story of how I ended up with a second dishwasher 🤷)

Questioning Therapy’s Perpetual Present

The rhythm of ordinary therapy can (accidentally) tie people to their presents. But how to orient oneself in time is a deeply philosophical matter.

And ICYMI:

How to De-Instrumentalize Your Time (i.e. not feel so frenzied)

My clients have had success using this simple, actionable method for pushing back again “time scarcity” - try it out!

***Most read last time*** —> Painfully Tiny Goals

In order to get out of a procrastination rut, set a goal so small it hurts. You’ll be cringing at your painfully tiny goal, but you’re also giving your willpower a fighting chance.

Until next time,
